Invisible Conditions Alert Program
Utah Code 58-1-604
Utah’s Invisible Condition Alert Program is a voluntary program that allows a person with a qualified “invisible condition” to have a symbol placed on their driver’s license or ID card, indicating to first responders that the person has a condition that may impact their ability to communicate.
As mental healthcare professionals trained to diagnose one or more invisible conditions, we are required to make informational resources about this program available to clients in accordance with Utah Code 58-1-604.
Clients with a qualifying invisible condition who wish to participate in the program must fill out a request form and consent to the release information about their diagnoses.
