Courage Reins is the largest equine-therapy program in Utah with over 140 weekly clients. It boasts a beautiful 12+ acre facility including new office space and climate-controlled arena spaces in the center of Highland, Utah. Our programs include equine-assisted therapies such as Therapeutic Riding, Hippotherapy, Psychotherapy, Growth & Learning Activities, and Natural Horsemanship. Natural Horsemanship Instructor


Courage Reins Equine-Assisted Therapies is searching for a Natural Horsemanship instructor to assist in its therapeutic horsemanship program . This is a part-time, hourly position teaching natural horsemanship to children and adults with physical, mental, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate is committed to our mission to improve the lives of individuals through our equine-assisted activities and therapies. Parelli Natural Horsemanship certification is heavily preferred. Experience working with individuals with special needs and mental or emotional challenges as well as an ability to juggle multiple clients at once is also preferred. This is a part-time, hourly position teaching therapeutic riding sessions to children and adults with physical, mental, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate is committed to our mission to improve the lives of individuals through our equine-assisted activities and therapies. PATH(Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) certification is preferred as well as Parelli Natural Horsemanship training and/or certification.
